Could you be the full-time Maintenance Quality Lead in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and process expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Yernat Imanbayev (Service Quality Director), and work alongside smart, responsible, hardworking teammates. You will be responsible for quality control for all service locations in Astana, but also contribute to overall maturity of quality department in Kazakhstan.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensure quality of locomotive service according to Alstom standards;
• Manage a team of quality engineers in Astana;
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, suggest corrective measures;
• Manage quality and safety discrepancies and non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, engage suppliers and local team;
• Account for costs incurred due to non-conformities.

• Extensive experience in sourcing.
• Strong communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh.
